My eyes are tired and my ears hurt. Watching television news has become an exercise in frustration, regardless of network; from CNN to MSNBC to Faux News.
Talking heads are everywhere, most with differing opinions, most contradicting one another, and few with even the slimmest of credibility. Every nuance of the news (or, what constitutes news in the 21st century) is examined by so-called expert after expert ad nauseam.
In an effort to provide a measure of efficiency for those of us who are self proclaimed media hounds and newsaholics, I propose that experts in any given field must have a single expert to represent their respective group. Instead of listening to many talking heads blather on about something, one expert takes the stage, one at a time.
Oh, and I get to choose the experts.
